Promoting a key player in sustainable development
With the Parc Naturel Régional des Grands Causses (PNR), it’s a collaboration that lasts! We have a long-standing relationship of trust, based on solid support over time. We’re proud to have been asked to carry out a complete overhaul of the site.
This new project is part of the ongoing development of the site to better reflect the Park’s ambitions. The objective was clear: to transform a site historically oriented towards tourism into a platform promoting the PNR as a committed player in sustainable development and territorial development.
Building on the existing foundations, we proposed a fresh look at graphics and functionality, while ensuring the stability of content and the technical base.
Modernize the Park’s image with an innovative graphic redesign
The primary objective of this redesign was to thoroughly modernize the image of the Parc Naturel Régional des Grands Causses, in line with its current challenges. The site, previously focused primarily on tourism, had to evolve to reflect the Park’s new strategic direction, which now places its role as a major player in sustainable development and territorial development at the heart of its communications.
To achieve this, we worked on a complete graphic overhaul, integrating an innovative “Bento” design combining authenticity and modernity, and offering a clear, legible and attractive interface. This visual evolution is accompanied by a better organization of content and optimized navigation, to effectively support communication of the Park’s missions, actions and major projects.
Drupal, a robust and flexible CMS tailored to the Park’s needs
To meet the Park’s technical and editorial requirements, we chose to retain Drupal as the CMS, recognized for its robustness and flexibility.
This platform maintains all existing content (news, diary, editorial pages and maps) while offering great flexibility thanks to the introduction of new modular templates. These facilitate the creation of varied, personalized pages by the communications team, with no technical constraints.
Drupal thus provides a reliable, scalable framework, perfectly suited to the complexity of the information to be managed for a region committed to multi-disciplinary, sustainable approaches, while guaranteeing simplified administration and greater freedom in content formatting.
